All products are made with the utmost care and attention to detail to give you the best quality product. Most products are produced and finished upon receipt of orders. Please allow 3-4 weeks for production and delivery of an item. If your order is ready sooner, we will always aim to improve our lead time and deliver earlier.
Yes, the delivery fee will be added during the online checkout process.
Yes, our courier will deliver straight to any door in South Africa. Deliveries take place during business hours i.e. there are no deliveries over weekends and public holidays.
If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. All goods will be inspected on return. We’ll issue a refund on receipt or exchange the item for a different size/colour if preferred. Courier costs will be at your expense and refunds will only be transferred once the item has been checked. When requesting for an exchange or refund, please email [email protected] quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the defect in question, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
We understand everyone has different requirements and all fur babies have different needs, so we would be happy to hear from you should you wish to request a custom-made item. If you can please send all the details to [email protected] we will advise whether your request is workable and send you a custom quote.
All cushions come with a zip and are removeable and washable. Please note that due to the fabrications being of exceptional quality and stain repellent, we advise you to first wipe any dirt or soil marks with a damp cloth a few times before throwing it in the wash. This will preserve the fabric for longer and ensure your cushions retain their appearance for longer. As different beds have different wash and care instruction, please refer to the MATERIAL AND CARE section in each Product Description on the website.

We use Payfast so you’re in safe hands. Payfast accepts Visa and Mastercards as well as Instant EFT, which enables buyers to make payments with traditional internet banking with SA’s four biggest banks. The electronic funds transfer (EFT) gets verified instantly.
