SHIPPING AND RETURNS

DELIVERY & LEAD TIME

Your order will usually be delivered by Courier and will require a signature on delivery. Deliveries take place in business hours only so please take that in mind when selecting your delivery address. The cost of delivery will be added to your total order during the checkout process. We carry stock of certain items, but most products are produced and finished upon receipt of orders. Please allow 3-4 weeks for production and delivery of an item. If your order is ready sooner, we will always aim to improve our lead time and deliver earlier.

SHORTAGE AND TRANSIT DAMAGE

You must inspect the Goods at the place and time of delivery and notify us of any shortages, defects in the Goods, or of any other complaint immediately and in any case within ten working days from the date the Goods were delivered, failing which the Goods will be deemed to have been accepted and to be in good working order.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please contact us immediately to discuss the issue and we will do our best to rectify it. If you would like to return an item it should be within 14 days of receipt and it should be in its original condition. Courier costs will be at your expense and refunds will only be transferred once the item has been checked. The courier costs will only get refunded if goods are checked by us and deemed faulty. When requesting for an exchange or refund, please email [email protected] quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the defect in question, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

WARRANTEE

We pride ourselves on quality and our products are made with the best quality materials and processes. We offer a 6-month warrantee on workmanship and material if used as specified. The defect must be due to a manufacturer or design fault.

The following are NOT covered:

  • When the item is damaged because of weather elements. Items are intended for indoor use and only certain items are specified to be left under a patio roof outside and should not get into contact with rain or direct sunlight.
  • Damage caused by bite marks, claws and destructive chewing of product.
  • Misuse or abuse of an item
  • When the item is used for any other purpose other than the one it was intended for.
  • When the item has been altered or repaired by a third party.
